This service was born out of many years of co-operation between Clearcast and CRS (Cambridge Research Systems).With TV ads having to be checked against the Ofcom (ITC) Guidance note for licensees on flashing images and regular patterns for compliance since 2010, the flash test is a crucial part of getting your ad cleared and on air.
